Free Shipping:

• Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $29.

• Standard shipping is via USPS First Class, with estimated delivery times of 3–10 business days.

Processing Times:

• Most items ship within 4 business days from our Tomball, TX location (unless otherwise noted).

• Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional charge. Please note:

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • Processing time for expedited orders is 1–4 business days, in addition to shipping time.

  • Orders placed on Fridays or the weekend will process and ship the following business day.

Pre-Orders & Split Shipments:

• Orders that include pre-order items will ship together.

• Items under the $39 threshold will not ship separately unless you contact us at support@litoravita.com to pay a separate shipping fee.

Order Issues & Claims:

• If an item is missing or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• For any order issues, including non-delivery, you must notify us within 30 days of your order date. Unfortunately, we cannot provide assistance beyond that window.

International Orders:

• Duties and taxes may apply and will be billed separately.
  

Weekend Shipping:

• We do not process or ship orders on weekends.

Orders:

• Litora Vita is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged by delivery carriers.
